Topic: A System that which a officer giving a ticket has to write a description as of why

explanation in notes:
*Tells you why you have a ticket so cops dont ninja ticket you without you knowing what you did wrong
* may stop random ticketing

Detailed description:
What will happen is when an officer places a ticket on the amount menu there will be a bar where you type a description as of why you ticketed the car which then is relayed to the admins and the person who recived it can maybe be put in reports section so people cant ticket for invalid reasons

Ticketing a person will automatically bring up a box with both amount and description, however, if a car is ticketed, it does not... I assume that is what you are talking about? If so, I support this suggestion.
