Tinted windows for cars.

- Add tinted windows to a car that people can pay extra for.

So recently I have been saving up for the spoiler etc. for my car but I thought of this idea because it will be nice as a extra thing for players to save up for.
This would be applied for the back right window, Back left window, And back window. If it was added the front windows would not be tinted because in reality you are not allowed to tint them or you will be pulled over.
I think it creates a good effect because it means cops cant recognise wanted players from behind there cars as the windows will be tinted for example if you switch cars after a murder the cops will hopefully not notice it is you driving this other car.
Optional additions:
- Paying extra maybe with the spoiler upgrade that it comes with.
