Today I learned when you ignore a phone call or ask them use the text based service you get arrested

3.29 - Answering Phone Calls
If your job has a text based service, it can't be used when you have a phone on you.
If you ask to use the text based service instead of a phone call, players are allowed to keep calling using the phone.
When police calls you and you hang up, the police has the right of arresting you as you 'failed to comply'.
If any of these 3 get broken the police has a right to jail you for 10 years.
