Short explanation (in notes):
- Adds an tow rope in to the game

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
You should add it because when in game and there is no "tow truck drivers" you can ring your friend up who may have one and then get him to tow you.


Optional additions:
- Have different strengths of rope

I wouldn't find it very realistic If I see a mini towing a Land Rover. Also consider the fact that someone could hook their car to an entity (like a gate) and make everything flid out.
Also you have Road crew which is handy enough.

Please no... This rope will be as bad as the Tow Truck's Hook. Plus just Rp pushing the car with a prop if there is not Rc.
