Unable to crouch jump

Does anyone have this problem/know a fix for it?
Everyone else can crouch jump except me, it only does it on this server.
It prevents me from getting into some bases and doing some RP (Like when I was tied up earlier as a hostage and was thrown over the McDonalds counter, I couldn't crouch jump over it).
