Update - 26/03/2020
COVID-19 Edition

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, I have been spending a much larger amount of time at home than I usually do. The result of this is that I've coded a reasonable number of things in the last couple of days. Hopefully this will continue for a little while, before I get tired of the pandemic.

The following changes will go live on the restart in the morning:
  • Spawn Changes
    • Players will no longer spawn in the following locations:
      • Near a bank robbery
      • Near where they last died
      • Inside an event zone
    • Players who rejoin in handcuffs get spawn in the holding cell
    • Players who rejoin will spawn in the nearest spawn point to where they disconnected
  • Fuel Cans Changes
    • Fuel Cans can only be placed by left clicking
    • This mode now can be used to fuel vehicles as well as catching on fire
    • The text for fuel cans is now only visible when near a vehicle
  • Heath and Damage Changes
    • Players will only have 1% health while standing too close to their death position while the NLR timer is active
    • Bleeding now causes a small amount of damage over time
    • Coughing and puking now have animations again
  • Other Changes
    • Added an option to the F1 menu to disable the tick sound for new messages in help and OOC
    • Roadcrew trucks are no longer immune from road spikes
    • Console test filter is no longer disabled when joining the server
    • Keys are now given during gungame to try to prevent guns glitching
    • Players will no longer loose organisation experience during events
    • Police warrants are no long removed during events
    • Text over items is now visible when a car is behind the text
  • Bug fixes
    • Fixed fishing rods not working when rejoining
    • Fixed shop signs not being reset after a property is sold
    • Fixed buddy menu breaking when not in an organisation
    • Fixed kill logs for nightsticks, knives and all explosives
    • Fixed a large number of Lua errors from invalid objects
    • Fixed the ATM being excessively loud because it was playing the beep multiple times
    • Fixed reversing and brake lights not being displayed to other players when headlights are off
  • Removed a reasonable chunk of old and deprecated code
Thanks to @ICEKILLER_99 for bug testing. Thanks to @SpaceShots, @rogue, @Sorle and @LEWIS 088 for reporting bugs.

It previously, and still does drain your "blood". When you hit 0 blood you die. It still does that, but it removes a small amount of health, so you aren't able to bleed for as long when you health is almost zero.

You shouldn't bleed out immediately after bandaging currently. I'm guessing if it does happen, it's due to the slight delay between the progress bar disappearing from your screen and the server marking you as not-bleeding.

And why was this change made? You already bleed out within a minute without a bandage.

Will this apply to the office window being broken? As it is residential purchasable?

@Alyt Anything that can be broken, such as windows and doors will set off the alarm if you have a house alarm installed. This was added mainly to alert police if there is a shootout near a NPC store, as a NPC would call 911 IRL. If the store alarm goes off, the NPC will also hide and you wont be able to press 'E' on it for a while, just like it is during bank robberies
