Suggestion Title: V1 regals as a separate property cluster.
Suggestion Description: Bring back V1 Regals for V6, renaming it to “Condo’s”.
Since we’re now at 128 players max, In the event of the server filling, there simply wouldn’t be enough properties. My solution to this issue is to bring back the V1 Regals building as a separate property to the existing Regals.
V1 Regals was pretty swell, despite being pretty similar to slums but fancier. Maybe the interiors could be overhauled too?
Locations for this could include:
- Beach concrete space
- Suburbs park
- City park
- within the suburbs (houses would need to be moved).
Why should this be added?:
- an old, underrated classic of PERP Bought back.
- More property variation
- Adds use to a previously unused corner of the map.
What negatives could this have?:
- Brush space
- More apartments?
- Would likely need revamping aestetically.
