Main Idea:
Convert the v2 office building into an apartment complex, and find a place to put it.
Full description of the idea:
this can be achieved by:
-splitting each “floor” down the middle with a wall.
- Altering the colour scheme and removing all office related props so it looks more legit like an apartment.
How it’s work:
the main lobby area and the doors to the stairways will be open and public space Like the corridors to regals and slums are. One side of staircases will lead to apartments 1 and 3 and the other side, apartments 2 and 4.
The apartments could be called:
[district] apartments (depending on where they are)
Studio apartments
Potential locations include:
- Between the fish shop and the coffee shop in the city.
- Behind the bank in the park.
- The concrete space next to beach.
- the centre or somewhere in suburbs park.
Pros:
- unique apartment complex which could be expensive as the risk of being bombed through the floor are minimal. (Although a thick wall would be the only thing stopping you from bombing them through the wall)
Cons:
- Idk might be kinda fucked, I’ll do a quick mockup on what I mean later today maybe.
