Server Suggestion Vehicle Handling Editor

Suggestion Title: Vehicle Handling Editor
Suggestion Description: New tab inside the npc for upgrading the vehicle, Called Handling Editor, People could pay to edit the Handling for thier cars and maybe have new experience with thier vehicle's and maybe can edit the front and back axle for better Handling nothing effects the speed only how the car turns and maybe some edits can help car to drift more which makes the car more fun to drive and to be honest people would love to make some more edits to thier cars and you could lower the suspension of the car and have more fun showing your car and more suggestion like maybe you could change your car sound

Why should this be added?:
- More car upgrades
- People sell to each other thier configs maybe
- People get new experience with thier cars
- Any car you could change the Handling to make it move better
- Some Cars can't turn pretty well you could fix that

What negatives could this have?:
- People might waste money for bad config for the handling

Additional Notes: This idea have been taken from vcmod Handling Editor and not everything should be exactly as the photo only the helpful things

I do like the idea, but a lot of the features found in vcmod are none existent with our cars. Over complicating the system wouldn’t be ideal.

The ability to buy a car not because of how it performs but for aesthetic reasons would benefit greatly from this as you could adjust your vehicle to perform identically to vehicles that are better but look worse to you.

I didn't mean take exactly things in vcmod just only the idea of having some of the options inside the vcmod menu and pick the only helpful one's and the one that dosen't abuse any role play

It would be actually awesome to add this to the server, as many supercars have problems with handling, and theese alterations maybe would be able to help fix theese issues.

A simplified version with preset handling configs would be nice. Like sport, race, offroad, street, etc. give or take.

Cool idea but honestly, with the input lag there is on cars in-game it sadly renders this idea useless
