Voice chat indicator

I have the orange voice chat indicator you get above people's heads after the last update, any ideas how to fix it?

Like @Ayjay said, it usually happens due to some file corruption. Do a fresh re-install of all the content and see if that helps?

I verified the cache, reinstalled the content packs, and reinstalled the game

Try mp_show_voice_icons 0

Go on steam right click gmod click properties then go to General then click " Set launch options" and write -dxlevel 90 or -dxlevel 95
