Voice clipping/lagging

For some odd reason i am having that voice clips / lags a lot, i have not tried to reinstall my gmod as that would be the last thing i would try, but if anyone know how t osolve this, plaese reply! Its only for voice, not for car sounds etc, however those also fail to work quite a lot.

Reinstall audio drivers, completely Reinstall garrysmod and delete any addons which alter your sound.
