Why should this appeal be considered?: Well It should be considered because I don't really understand how I put my life in danger when I was genuinely surprised, he gave me a total of 5 seconds to cooperate and I even put my hands up as you can see in my POV it said 'Act Failed'. He literally executed me on the street but somehow I get the warning for saying "I'm being gun pointed" over TS and he gets away scot-free?
I'm genuinely curious on how you believe me stating 'I'm being gun pointed' over ts is 3.4, he's an officer of the law who had more than enough chance to actually arrest me rather than shoot me clean in the head and get a paramedic to revive me.
