Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.6, 2.5 - User stole a car and tierd it, and was lying about that he didn't tier the car in a report

Why should this appeal be considered?: bc i wasnt lieing and i explained to him i was in a police chase jumped out and maybe thats how the car was tierd i dont have evdence but seriously i didnt mean too get it tierd however it happened bc i have no idea i just know i did nothing wrong..
