Why should this appeal be considered?: I was at the bazaar when the police beat someone down and some guys pulled out katanas are started slicing the cop, the cops started shooting and I was hit I was then requesting medical and the medics refused to heal me so I had asked the cop sushi to heal me, he was picking up the katanas off the ground and had his weapon holstered and I was begging for heals cause I was dying I was getting no medical. it seemed like the shooting was over because medics were reviving people and the cop was picking up items and I took this grace period to seek medical attention.
I was then warned for 3.4 and about 4 others on an emotional impulse.
