Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The player failed to comply with reasonable orders while under gunpoint.
Why should this appeal be considered?: From the clip attached, I began to run inside after Oleg (the guy standing next to me), gave us the warning that we were about to be raided. I ran back inside to get ready for the raid. At no point did I see the gunpoint myself or hear the "hands up" until I turned around in which you can then see I froze, and started to put my hands up before being shot. I didn't try to take a weapon out, I didn't try to turn around and run further, I tried to put my hands up as I died. Unfortunately, I do not have the reaction time of a teenager amped off of mountain dew playing Black Ops 2 back in 2012 so it took me a second to get to surrender. None the less, from the clip attached I believe its clear I did try to surrender when I finally noticed the gunpoint.
