Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The player failed to comply with reasonable orders while under gunpoint.

Why should this appeal be considered?: From the clip attached, I began to run inside after Oleg (the guy standing next to me), gave us the warning that we were about to be raided. I ran back inside to get ready for the raid. At no point did I see the gunpoint myself or hear the "hands up" until I turned around in which you can then see I froze, and started to put my hands up before being shot. I didn't try to take a weapon out, I didn't try to turn around and run further, I tried to put my hands up as I died. Unfortunately, I do not have the reaction time of a teenager amped off of mountain dew playing Black Ops 2 back in 2012 so it took me a second to get to surrender. None the less, from the clip attached I believe its clear I did try to surrender when I finally noticed the gunpoint.

We have reviewed the evidence from your perspective and have found that you risked your life and could have complied safely but you failed to do so.

Once you face the door you can fully understand and hear the verbal commands given to you by Headline.
You still decide to enter the room and lock the doors while more verbal commands are given to put your hands up, this by itself takes time to do as well. One thing that's important to note here is that the room you've escaped to is not very safe either as can be shot through easily thanks to the glass which is not obstructed by your standard wooden door.
Due to you not complying you put your life at risk which got you shot as a result. You surrendered too late, this could not be seen due to you already being dead mid progress bar.
