Why should this appeal be considered?:
I'm sorry Efan but this is a very generous interpretation of direct gunpoint.
If you look at the clip the officer was running and not gunpointing when i pressed 2 and LMB to pull my gun.

I would also like to mention I only have one 3.4 offense as a sweater and since then taken the rule very seriously, I never argue at gunpoint, including when I got robbed in front of the ATM or in a-blaze-it gun store, I just surrendered and made a f6 to get my stuff back.

You need to make sure you have a good opportunity to pull out your gun when playing on our server.

If someone was running for a prolonged period, it would've been fine to pull out your gun however, efan only ran an incredibly short distance and by the time he closed the distance, you were still under direct gunpoint.

Factoring in the distance and clear visibility between yourself and the officer, pulling the gun was a risky maneuver and resulted in a 3.4 violation.
