Why were you punished?: User killed a courier for not complying with commands however did not give them sufficient time to comply.
Why should this appeal be considered?: We started a raid by shooting down a visably armed person at the slums (gun shots, clearly not safe for a courier to be there), we then ran up the stairs up to the apartment with the intention to start the raid, a courier was sat at the door attempting to deliver a package, he got the jist of what was happening and started slowly walking away and got to the staircase outside of said apartment, where he stood still and pulled out his phone ( a blatent disregard for his own safety ) At this point it was aparant that we wanted him to leave however he chose to disregard this and stay there, i told said courier to get of his phone and leave and get off his phone 3 times before i took any action, which he decided to ignore me and contunue standing right next to a active raid whilst still on his phone. In an act to preserve my freedom and stop him from calling the cops i shot the courier.
I believe my action where justified as i did what i did in order to preserve my freedom from police that he was attempting to call. Additionally the courier in question also recieved a warning for his actions for being in a active crimescene for too long.I think that the fact that the courier got a warning shows that he was in a dangerous situatiuon for far too long and that we did give him ample time to leave. I believe that our intention were clear from the start by us shooting the person inside before we started the raid and the courier failed to recognise this due to lack of rule knowledge ( he was a new player) and because i shot him for his blatant disregard for the rules and the possibility of his actions getting my friends and I imprisoned
