Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User went to comment on a shootout of an apartment underneath them whilst officers were on scene, resulting in their weapon getting confiscated. The user proceeded into the apartment regardless of the fact that a grenade flew out of it mere seconds ago.
Why should this appeal be considered?: The statement given is simply not true. I did not comment on a raid below me, as it was my apartment being raided. I just drove up to the appartment in Regals. I was outside when I saw a man with a gun at the door, so I called 911. I grabbed a gun, when the raid satarted happening. My friend was inside and got killed almost immediately. When I ran up, he was at the door and started shooting. I ran up a floor higher, hoping he would push out towards me. I stood there for less than a minute, when the cops came. I announced myself, waited 20 seconds and went down. Apparently they did not hear me, so they were a little shocked when they saw me. I did not have my gun out though! It was on my back. It was all fine, but a grenade got thrown out, when I stood there. I was not hit. I went back up though. When they got the guy, I went in and told them they got him, nice job, etc. Cameron (?) Bleed then cuffed me and took my gun. He was quite rude throughout the entire altercation.
To make it clear. This is not about pushing blame. I just want to say that this kind of situation happens constantly in Perp, flankers, etc. All those situations are not classified as 3.4, however I got 3.4 for this.
Additional Information: If you do not agree with the absolving of the warning, then I understand. In that situation, I do ask if you can change it, from:

3.4 - User approached officers that responded to the raid on their Regals appartment, when a grenade flew out. When the raider was killed, the user proceeded into the apartment. This resulted in their weapon getting confiscated
This follows the actual order of what happened. The warning before was not accurate. I am open to other warning edits, but I find the current warning incorrect, if it does stay on my record.
