Waterproof action camera

Hello!
I'd like to buy a good action camera, that's not overpriced preferably, which I can take underwater up to 40 meters. Gopro came into mind at first but I'd like to have some more suggestions, aka another brand or which gopro to get. I wouldn't want to go more than 200 if its possible but I may think about it if its really worth the money (or there are no good ones under that price)
