HTML + CSS + Javascript was first for me when I was kid. I'm working on my BSc and we were exposed to Java in our first year, as well as Python and C++.

The best way I've learned was giving yourself a small project. Learn the basics first, if-else statements, loop, while, etc. Then maybe make a really simple game like snakes, all the best.
