Topic: Vehicle Wheels Lock in place when exiting vehicle.

Short explanation (in notes):
-Player Gets Out with wheels facing left or right.
-Wheels stay facing the same angle they were when the player got out.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It should be added for a more realistic feel, especially when commencing a traffic stop on someone, it is a simple addition and I have seen it achieved in VCMod. An example is shown here:

In my opinion it's too much work to code in for such a small change. And even thoug it 'adds more RP', I don't really see it being added unless it's a real quick thing to code

Not really possible given how Source handles vehicles, and the only way I could imagine doing it would simply be too much work and lead to horrible results.
