Why Should This Player Be Punished: he decided to disconnect straight after we raided his apartment also after i shooted him down he decided to slander on the ooc by saying the following:
[OOC] Cudder: Whoever that was at McUwes you're getting an AR
Cudder clearly broke rule 3.20 and 1.3.

Can only agree to this as I joined Alfred 10 seconds later when the shots were already fired...

The "major" rule offense in this incident was rule 3.20 Disconnecting from the Server - Cudder disconnected shortly after dropping a slanderous sentence in the OOC chat.

The "minor" rule offense mentioned above: 1.3 Slander - Let off a slanderous comment in the OOC chat accusing Alfred of something he has not done, and also giving out valuable IC information (considered metagaming) while that raid was still in progress.



He wanted to save his pistol (and probably drugs). In the video u can also see him mention that there are no admins online, just 2 seconds before he was raided by Alfred (what a coincidence).
