WHY AM I BANNED

so I am new to perp heads I just so happen to log off one night and the next day when I log on boom you are banned from the server

I would like to know why I was banned and for how long for as I cant get to speak to any admins on teamspeak because they ignore everyone

Decided to randomly punch people at the City Hall, resulting in his arrest- soon after he disconnected. In addition, there's another AR on him too. that was the reason you was banned it was also permanant.
