If you're going to flank you will have to think like a cop, where would they most likely expect a flanker to come from? Your best bet would be to go snipe from the highway bend (you did the mistake of going there after being spotted) or to move on from the city hall market as that is rarely ever used and provides tons of cover. Hungriges Schwein is a death wish.

Oh, and if you're going to flank then you should probably only do it for org mates or someone that you have contact with on a phone, makes your job a lot easier.
