Windows 10 Help

So I have a bit of an issue
I can't install windows 10
I have Windows 8.1 Pro

Then

I've clicked the notify button many times but still no pop up
Any ideas?

Just get an image of it, burn it onto a USB and then flash it.

Microsoft is giving the update in different days, I didn't get it yet neither, it will take just a few days afaik
