Short explanation (in notes):
-...Add large world map for newcomers into city.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It should be added because alot people come to server first time ( or first time in this map ) and they don't know where something is.
so it helps out newbies and they dont have to ask everything in /help or /ooc.
Optional additions:
-...Should be added near next to city hall where this huge grassland is.
-...should be like a big readable poster or a little poster, with what you can interact with (default) 'E' and then it becomes large. ( whatever is easier to add )
