Recentl I've started having this issue. I've tried all the solutions I could find, including ending the task, disabling windows store and precenting it from starting. Nothing appears to have worked so far and it continues to eat 30% of my ram continuously.
Wsappx high CPU usage.

Make sure that you stop the service AND set it to 'Disabled' in the Startup type aswell as check if it's Enabled to autostart whenever you start windows. If you're really that annoyed about Windows and the Store I could link you to a copy of Windows LTSB (legal, you just need to activate it another way) that doesn't have any shitty bloatware or ads which I currently use with no problems and is the same as any other Windows as it should be.
