Main Idea: If you use zip ties on a LEO you have the option to confiscate his equipment and he has to return to the armoury to regain his equipment. Also at the point of his equipment being confiscated the dispatcher can no longer see his location.
Full description of the idea: At the moment if you want to remove a LEO's equipment you need to roleplay it through /me's but once you're out of earshot the LEO can easily just powergame and ignore your /me's and as a result people tend to just shoot LEOs to combat this.
Why should it be added?: To encourage actual roleplay within LEO v Criminal engagements rather than just shooting police officers so as to not need to deal with them.
Pros: Actual engagement in RP vs cops.
Cops are not needlessly killed.
No need to delay situations by typing out detailed /me's
Cons: People might use it without need or minge around with it.
