Actual usable zip ties
Short explanation (in notes):
- You look at someone, take out the equipped zip ties, left click on them and then press E on them to take the ties off
- /me can just be bypassed by a minge if he pulls out a gun and blows you away. This ensures they can't call for backup.
- Press T on a tied person to look at their inventory, you can then take stuff. Government property won't show up.
Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It makes sure people can't break rules when tied and actually shows tied people so the police don't kill a hostage, thinking they are a hiding criminal.
Optional additions:
- Dexterity level manages how quick you can tie someone.
