Main Idea: The ability to search people when you put zip ties on them.
Full description of the idea: You can search people when you put zip ties on their hands it shows what they got (i.e. money & items) This would work similarly to the police search function where you press 'R' on the detained person.
Why should it be added?: Some people don't drop everything and you need to make reports which may take a long time.
Pros: People can't lie about their inventory, people will use zip-ties instead of having to make uneeded reports that take a long time.
Cons: Maybe it may be hard to code (highly doubt since this can be taken from the police search code)
