Why were you banned/blacklisted: 3.4, 3.20 - User disconnected from an RP sit to avoid being arrested by police. Later on in another situation, the user made threats and taunted people who were mugging him and holding him at gunpoint
Why should this appeal be considered: I believe my ban appeal should be considered as the reason i disconnected when with Marcus was because i went to buy regals 1 at bank, not realising that there were shots at bank/hospital. I told Marcus i was getting an apartment and left the scene like he told me to when he uncuffed me. He then turned up at regals and sat outside for 5 mins, i went to check what he was doing and he gp'd me and said i was evading. I believed he did this as i shot him earlier that day and i got annoyed as i didn't want to lose any more money as i already lost 50k at bazaar with someone stealing it from me prior to this. I now regret, and apologise for leaving and should have just let him arrest me for whatever reason as it ruined his RP by leaving. I also should have just mad an F6 if i had any suspicions about him breaking NLR.
With the mugging kenty ran at me with 5 others and were all armed and i thought it was a bit excessive as i wasn't armed and it was just me. So i was asking him about it, whilst dropping my items. I made no threats during the mugging. However, i may have taunted him as a joke but at the end of the mugging he got what he came for and i lost my items. I apologise for not fully staying in character and i should have just stayed quite instead of risking my life and breaking 3.4.
