Today's update contains billboards. There are some other bug fixes that are not worth mentioning, but we wanted to get this feature out so people could try it.
Players can bid on the billboards at the bank. When the server restarts, the image with the highest bid will then stay up for 24 hours. There is no requirement for the winning player to be online for the billboard to be up. The system is designed so we can easily add more locations and time ranges, and will consider the next steps after we have monitored the demand for a while.

Today's update is contains a range of minor changes, some of which are more interesting than others.
Thanks to @Carrot, @Jyrgen, @Dank, @Muffin and @Super_ for helping with these updates.
Going live tomorrow:
- Bank robbery changes
- The alarm will sound later if robbers stay hidden in the bank, and earlier if they do not
- The leader is notified by text when somebody joins the crew
- The leader can start the bank robbery on their own
- Some of the messages are more descriptive to provide better instructions
- Improved the warrant text
- Fire fighters changes:
- Experience and money increased by up to double for quickly putting out a fire
- Fire extinguishers now give more experience and money
- Added dates to the text messenger, so you know how recent a message was sent

- Two new police barricade models
- Added ability to refill fire extinguishers at FD for $250 per extinguisher
- Removed option to adjust items on sale
- Items on sale now always display the price without tax
- The text and halo will now display their color (red/green) based on the price including tax, i.e. if the item can actually be bought.
- Fixed phone calls still being made if the phone is closed immediately after making a call
- Fixed LUA errors sometimes happening when buying clothes, instead notify player of the exact error
