Many of these changes and bug fixes are already live. Those that aren't will be live tomorrow morning.
Changes
- Added unexpected expense events for when there is a mayor
- At random times depending on the city budget, an amount of money will be taken from the city to cover made-up things such as repairs to roads
- Everyone will be notified when this happens via a city broadcast
- Made it so the city no longer pays for the paycheck increase premium users get
- Various permission related changes
- Changed it so that only income tax is self-corrected when there is no mayor
- It will change depending on the city budget
- Improved the radio hud so it works better for dispatch

INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the PERPHeads Community Awards 2021! This is the eighth annual awards celebration post where this year we have had a whopping 1,539 nominations across 57 votes. This year we have seen some very accomplished players such as @rogue who has won five categories and @money who has won three categories. The results for these awards have all been decided by you, the players, and I am very excited to be presenting them to you this year as the first time running this since becoming Community Manager.

PERPHeads Community Awards 2021 - Vote!
INTRODUCTION
Hello all, I am very excited to be running the PERPHeads Community Awards for 2021. This year, we are celebrating 27 different categories for our eighth annual Community Awards. I hope the increase in categories this year will make more members of the community feel included in receiving an award. This is the first time I have ran the Community Awards since becoming Community Manager, and would like to put my thanks out to everyone who has shown support towards Ethan and I around all the changes and events we have made this year. Anyway, there will be some information on how to submit your vote in the Community Awards 2021 below, but first I would like to reflect on the changes this year.
