Halloween Competition Winners
A regular in the community spotlight, Ellie submitted her Paralake Gunstore for the halloween competition. I am excited to award Ellie with community spotlight recognition but also the first place prize of a rare 2016 Halloween Broom.

A spooky bathroom build by another one of our staff members, doge submitted this build in the halloween submissions and I am excited to award him with second place. This means doge will receive community spotlight recognition and a rare ghost prop.
Halloween Events - 2022
Hello, Happy Halloween to you all! @TinySlayer will be running some Halloween events over the next couple of evenings.

Patient Zero - A mysterious outbreak has occurred in Paralake with citizens experiencing symptoms including mania, body decomposition and increased aggression! Band together to try and survive the apocalypse.
Building rules before/during the event:
Players are allowed to use any kind of props as defence against the zombies but it must allow for players to come in/out of the defence without moving any props.
Example;
* If you're building on a roof, there must be a way up or down for players to move without any blockage.
* If your defence is inside of a building, you can't fully...
Halloween - 2022
The Halloween Update has gone live! It is the same as usual! I am aware some of you are new here to here’s how it works:
- Grow pumpkins with pumpkin seeds
- Pumpkins can be crafted into candy
- Candy can be traded in for costumes
Couple other things to note:
- Added beans as a food item (credit to @Jyrgen for model)
- Improved barricade spawned SWEP
Furthermore in the spirit of Halloween whoever can build the spookiest build before 31/10/2022 will receive a 2016 Halloween Broom, with second place receiving a Ghost prop and third place receiving 100K!
This build can be anything from a spooky shop to a haunted house!

Roast Rogue Coffee has made an appearance in Paralake at both the Business Shops and Suburbs. The latest entry to Rogue's Cofee Shop Thread can be found here. A very nice use of props and the new sign update. Rogue has been awarded Roleplay Acknowledgement.
As featured in the player showcase on Discord. Mallard and Exnem have made a board game in perp using the new sign update as-well as creating board pieces using items for sale. This is a very creative use of the tools...
