Minecraft world disappeared!

Hello, I was playing my hardcore world on java 2 nights ago. I logged off for the night and came on the next morning and to my horror, my world wasn't there! I searched through the folders and I seem to have a save of the server in the saves folder however it isn't showing up when i launch the game? Anybody know a fix for this?

Make a copy of it first just incase something else goes wrong, try changing the name by removing the spaces and high ' and see if that helps.
