If I’m at home I just have whatever pre ground coffee is in, bit off milk and hot water.
If I’m in work I do 3 espresso shots, americano as the milk is powdered and ruins it, then whack some milk in myself. That will be ending on Friday tho as I’m finally getting out of working in a pub so there will be no coffee machine for me too abuse. So back too 5 ish red bulls a day I guess.

Yea the coffee machine only takes powdered milk and it tastes like shit, also makes me feel like I’m gonna shit myself constantly so I’d rather not have it. But it also doesn’t seem too play with my heart rate cause it averages around 55-65 bpm which I thought was low until I found out it’s cause I’m apparently quite fit, although it doesn’t feel it
