PROS and CONS of the server / community.

rules are to strict tbh
Rules are strict for an incentive to get people to stop breaking them, hence the durations and strictness, everybody including yourself knows what would happen if rule breaks and punishment severity wasn't so strict, It'll just give an excuse for people to get away with their rule breaks ruining other people's experience because they know they'll get off lightly.

I think we have come a long way with tackling toxicity
Agree, players need to determine a fine line between having 'beef' with each other and pure toxicity.

like even if you try to do good rp you probally end up getting banned. Like you cant do good rp unless your breaking 3.4 like wtf thats mabye why people arent roleplaying that seriously
I don't know how you come to this conclusion, You can't do good roleplay AND break rules at the same time just because you're doing good roleplay, Good roleplay on a serious playing server like PH can be, shouldn't be rewarded and give you the excuse to excuse the rules.

If there was more reasoning to play jobs over money printing simulator then you’d see so much more player interaction.
Everybody will want this, until they don't. You tone down the PVP within the server and I guarantee there will be more complaints than currently. More reasoning to play jobs over growing = less raids, more pvpers complaining & more pvpers quitting.

People treating other people with disrespect
Some people be talking mad shit in the game
This is true but unfortunately you can't do much, loads of PVP kids playing.

It is annoying though that either after every shootout theres a roasting contest in OOC about who's better at AIMLABS, or randomly driving past a car you hear someone say "FOK YOU BITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!" everytime, just feels very goofy

Its been a while since i posted anything here.

In my opinion it looks something like this

PROS -
Nice gunplay and mechanics
Very nice roleplay
Very good moderation and staff quality
Its a thriving community, with people engaging in it
very nice map.
majority of rules are well written and clear

CONS-
50% of people roleplay, another 50% is here for guns and pvp
Bad community humor
I have a feeling perpheads sometimes leans towards a british GTA roleplay
People treating other people with disrespect
Some people be talking mad shit in the game

Pretty much it., thanky yall
10% of people roleplay, MAYBE 15% if we are being optimistic here; the remaining shoot or main PD. I think the community has great humor, but there do exist stupid people like me for whom some stuff goes over the head, and other times whenI just seem angry when I try to joke around and make myself look like a retarded child complaining about everything, when I'm trying to joke "Complain."

The map is nice, and what I have been vocal about is something very new other than just changing a few textures and just copy-pasting slums to business..… Now it's really something fresh and really nice, and despite all the complaints people havee had about it, this is a really nice map.

Idk how much disrespect I would actually say; if you played here between 2018 and 2020, you would NOT say the community today is disrespectful/toxic. It was fucking ruthless, with even staff doing whatever they wanted to andmassive pieces of shit, etc.. AGAIN, me included (I was really, really bad). Some people DO be talking mad shit in the game, though, and they need to chill out AGAIN, ME included, but there are a lot of other people as well, especially to police. But these are literally nothing from what it used to be.

Very true, I think people’s perception of entertaining roleplay has changed over time. The common roleplay highlights that used to get a lot of attention were quite mundane and very chilled opposed to going round duelling. I think one of the greatest examples is the person currently going round selling fish in his truck. That’s a very refreshing thing to see and an alternatively fun way of making money and also allowing for player interaction (pretty sure he’s also started hiring people to fish so I mean bonus points for that).

Tl;dr: RP should maximise players interacting as that’s what has always been great about perp, people interacting and actually enjoying interactions. You can do this without breaking rules extremely easily (bar prop limit sometimes)

During wintetime, we will see a Husqvarna 112ic rider with Snöblad ?
Even Tho the r112Ic is an suprisingly good electrical rider, i wouldnt recomend it in the wintertime. The R112 IC does not have the capibility to have a snowplow unlike the gas based model r112C.

I would go with something alot more powerfull like a R316TX AWD. It has Mounts for a plow but can also Get a Husqvarna Snowthrower attachment to it. With the 100cm width of the thrower you would go through the snow without any problems.

Best regards

Perpheads is kinda limiting themself's because of the rules as you said, but i believe its hard to make rules so everyone would be happy, so we settled on these

I like to hear that other people are also making unique characters. My character Dusty Colt-McGraw is a wild west cowboy dueling people with revolvers.

Would be lovely to see players roleplaying characters with a unique personality or original idea and have more freedom to be creative with them without fearing a ban. This is, of course, granted the role-player actually is trying to put effort into their character and keep things fun. May be healthier to provide role-players with unique characters forgiveness and leniency to correct their behavior if they make mistakes rather than treating everyone the same based on how recent an infraction of the same type occurred.
You are Dusty colt? damn i didnt know it was you i love your roleplay man." sheriff's office has arrived"

From a administrative side I have some cons to tell you, I just wish some people would own up to some loses and accept that it's just a video game. There are some reports where people just WANT to see the person who broke a rule get banned instead of being just let go for something rather small. If you don't follow through with one it's where the situation mostly escalates.
What I'm saying is that you're most likely to get reported for anything you do so having rule knowledge is a very important matter if you want to play. Thankfully the rules have been shortened by a lot so this helps out.

Depending on the severity and staff discretion, we (at least myself) don't give out punishments for all situations. New player doing it? Teach them. Experienced player doing it? Same thing, although with less leniency but this depends on what they're doing as well as their record.

Of course I'm not saying that rule breaks should no longer be reported, just think about how it impacted you or if it's worth for the staff, and the person you're reporting the trouble and time. And please, use some sort of replay software because it makes it soooo much better if you can give us evidence, thank you to everyone that uses it even if it is 480P.

I do have a good side to this however which is where we come to the pros, reports are a lot more pleasant to deal with today compared to when I was Admin and Moderator plenty of times back during V1 through V5 thanks to the community being more welcoming and respecting of each other. The system we have in place is much better which makes staff duties way nicer and it is rare that I come across a bad actor insulting me in reports. It's mostly new players screwing around but everyone seems to be much more understanding if you actually treat people with respect in reports (crazy discovery).

I don't think I ever get in a bad mood when I play PERP, because I know it's just a game. I think if you see me in-game I'll mostly laugh at stupid stuff for no reason. Use this mentality and you will meet other nice people in this community.
I can imagine, people reporting EVERYTHING must be annoying

it really does fell goofy, also alot of people on this post cant process me saying "im talking about non-roleplay negativity" for a example someone just died and lost their stuff in a video game, then they to proceed type in ooc, type in steam chat saying morally questinonable things, and after they respawn they are going to be lit at you because you used a game mechanic of robbing/raiding
