it depends, what they have done, say if they are going full blown hacks, you should report it if you know cus it gives your org a huge advantage.

Unfortunately i DISAGREE as my dear friend @Rafxl_ was ban evading and he was cutting about with nade alardino and all those bois and then they got banned, but I didn't even know it was Rafal, his friend in game Patrxk_ and me were basing and he came in and I was like alright, and if then had this been a rule i'd have been banned for something I couldn't help. What stops people from coming back after being banned and basing with people they didn't like in order to get them banned. I see how the idea would be helpful I just see it as being awkward to actually like execute correctly and fairly.
