I rarely respond publicly on staff applications and usually reserve my thoughts for the admin discussions, however having interacted with you in the game and seeing your conduct I feel compelled to write my thoughts here as I genuinely do not believe you are in no way, shape or form, a suitable candidate as it currently stands to be a helper.
I have taken the time to look through your /help logs which is the primary interface between helpers and those who require assistance and - putting it lightly - your use of the /help chat is no where near the required level nor is what you usually put in there at all appropriate. Almost all of your /help chat logs either consist of you asking for clarity on the most basic game and rule knowledge, or you making stupid comments such as telling everyone you have diabetes or asking how to become the biggest man in the city.
In addition your conduct elsewhere both in-character and out-of-character leaves little to be desired and I consider you to be dismissive, confrontational, and on some occasions downright rude without any provocation and for no reason whatsoever. These are not qualities that are at all welcome in someone on the staff team in any capacity.
Reading your responses to the genuine constructive criticism on this thread as well is pretty mind-boggling and instead of taking it on the chin, you start throwing out baseless slander accusing people of banding together simply to shit on you, when actually their concerns are pretty valid and have at least some evidence behind them.
In terms of your written application you haven't actually given us as a staff team any indication of what makes you a good candidate, and have only scarcely alluded to your motivations for going for the role which I decipher as wanting to become an enforcer, which isn't really how the helper role should be used.
I'm not saying that there isn't any opportunity for you to join the staff team in the future, but at present I don't think you demonstrate the qualities needed of a good candidate, and you need to take some significant time to consider making substantial changes to both your attitude and your rule/game knowledge.
