I'm not a fan of the org leaderboard

It’s the same thing every leaderboard wipe. MIP is number one without zerging. Then a new org comes along with mid players, invites everyone and their mum to the org, and zergs PD with 10 people raiding each time. MIP then starts inviting everyone and their mums to counter the zerg, turning cop into a black screen sim, which isn’t fun making it so cops or medics cant even play. MIP eventually takes over again, the new org dies, and MIP kicks all the useless players from the org.

This yes being on the leaderboard might be good but Its expected that when u zerg raid pd with 1 intoxicated tfu on and random cops at 5am In the morning you're going to win no matter how bad you are. Does this mean your org is necessarily "good"? No.

The org leaderboard is useless as you can't differentiate between what's a actual good org (players, raiding etc) and guys who just xp farm in the scummiest way possible.

The only way to fix this is to limit the number of people allowed in an org more strictly or increase the punishment for having too many people in an org.

Out of all top 10 orgs MiP have the most amount of members

Agreed however people will circumvent this regardless by just making allied orgs (if that work maybe?) Or even being close friends and then just raiding with numerous orgs at once (which is currently happening and used to happen in tax collectors)

i mean, if they aren’t in the same org, they aren’t getting all the XP, so it gets spread out across all the orgs raiding instead of just one

Half the people in that org are perm banned or don’t play anymore. There were only around five active players in MIP, and they only added more people to counter the zerg.

I don't think the org leaderboard means as much as some people think it does, maybe in aspects of roleplay and the characteristics of the average crim player. But with all due respect, just like 10 years ago; people know WHO the best is and for what reason, bare in mind that org could be 5th or 6th in the leaderboard.

I guess there's maybe ways you could realter the way org xp works but I don't see how you'd really not base this around combat, I mean, for instance if you take combat out and keep the drugs side of things in, people are just going to raid as much to stop other orgs from gaining that xp, then you'd get to a point of thinking if having it is necessary.

I do miss the days where you'd actually roleplay as a crim and not just grow and shoot and maybe the leaderboard has taken some of that aspect away.

boring now like people will call the police because our car is in the same sector of the map as their base and then the cops arrive and immediately cuff everyone and search them with 0 reason but the same people will ask why they don't see us roleplaying when they are the main thing preventing us from doing so.
As much as I understand the frustration to this, you put this on yourself with your extreme constant raiding in a periode, but to put it out that y'all only shoot particularily over XP Leaderboard even as MiP I see a lot of y'all RP'ing normal traffic stops with me etc, I haven't yet seen anybody call in suspicious on your vehicles cause Ig I just haven't been around at those times, but that seems super bs and unfair if it is the case.

But as I also pointed out, I completely agree with this, I honestly don't believe most people care that much about the scoreboard, the XP Perks is nice but most orgs that raids insanely much etc is already max level and there's no point in using the leaderboard as an excuse, so yeah we raid cause it's fun not the XP.
