Im not saying I dont understand why there are rules for it aswell, it can just be really difficult to do some RP when there are sole really heavy restrictions.

These restrictions are here because some people ruin it for others and cant handle it, but unfortunately it ruins it for people who DOES wanna rp it aswell :/

There's a lot of innocent things you can do that doesn't harm anybody, all it does it take some time out of the day of people who gets involved, and people here don't want their previous time "Wasted" especially cops, because if you wanna actually RP with them, they whine you take their time when they could respond to shootouts instead of roleplaying.
