I honestly don't believe you that you thought it was 3... You were banned because you didn't wait an hour. You will have to just wait out your ban, you were rather apathetic when I spoke to you in game and the tone of your apology reflects you haven't learned anything.

I don't remember how long you waited till you left after agreeing to pay but it was less than 10 minutes. A simple "hey sorry I have to get off now but I will deal with this another time" would have been the right thing to do instead of just disconnecting.
