Is this a new law or a change to a current law: Change
What law do you wish to change/add: I wish to merge law 10.2 and 10.3, or make this 2 laws 1 for the LT and 1 for the Sgt, instead of talking about the Sgt in both of them
Why should this change/addition be made: I noticed that these 2 laws are very similar, and not only in the name, this brings up confusion and and tbh is quite useless to talk about what are Sergeants discretion in a law and saying the same thing while talking about both the Lieutenant an the Sergeants.
What is the aim of this change/addition: The aim is to avoid making confusion in readers, and keeping the laws well organized
Additional Information: I'll list some parts that are very similar (to me) in a improvised table
