What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: 2.6 Rating system (Forums)
Your version of the rule: 2.6 Rating System - Users must not use the thread rating system to excessively rate another user, this is not limited to negative ratings. Users must not rate a post negatively as a “revenge attack” on the player. If a user disagrees with an enforcer application the user has to reply why they do not agree with the application.
Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: Because right now people can just have a personal vendetta against a user and disagrees with their application with no real reason just because they dislike them, it's pretty obvious that the reasoning behinid this sometimes is something petty like an IC dispute.
