What law do you wish to change/add: 5.7 Racketeering
it is a criminal offense for a business as defined under Section 1 to practice dishonest business practices
such as coercion, threats of violence, in order to gain assets or to protect dishonest interests of a business
liable to 5 years $6,500 and eviction [from the premise of business]

Why should this change/addition be made: I feel like this would be a tougher law on businesses that act dishonestly such as for example not finishing a crafting order on purpose
threatening a customer etc and this would allow the police more powers to ensure they act honestly

What is the aim of this change/addition: to ensure that businesses act honestly in their business dealings with the public sectors and don't threaten people etc to protect there interests

There's already laws covering all racketeering activities, such as fraud, Threat of physical harm, Black mail, and attempting or planning a crime, all but the latter of which carry felony charges.
