( If you're VIP you will always be able to get out a vehicle ( Does not apply for SWAT or Traffic Officer)

Shift - Emergency Lights
1,2,3,4,5 - LED Display - ( not including SWAT )
2 = Stop your vehicle
3 = Police Emergency / Police Checkpoint ( When out of vehicle )
4 = Arrows pointing left
5 = Arrows pointing right

Alt - Horn / Additional Siren
C - Pull over signal

Emergency Vehicles - Ambulance and Fire
Q - Siren
Shift - Emergency Lights
