Ability to unwatch Profile Posts

I am aware you can turn it off in Preferences but I want to be able to see the ones I do have interest in in my notifications and have the ones I couldnt give a single fuck about not be shown there​

Description of the idea: Give us the ability to unwatch profile posts and comments similar to unwatching a thread so I dont get 5 million notifications

Why should this be added? (pros): no 5 million notifications when people use profiles as the shoutbox

What negatives could this have? (cons): none
