Topic: Able to contact the LT through the lobbyist

Short explanation (in notes):
  • Being able to contact the LT in some way without using the emergency line.
  • If there should be a dispatcher on duty, it is quite difficult to contact the LT. This suggestion would add a new alternative way to get the LT’s number in a realistic manner.
  • When you talk to the lobbyist as showed in the spoiler below. People should be able to get the LT's phone number.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
The way to contact the LT is usually through the emergency line, which is quite unrealistic. In real life, you would contact the supervisor through the lobbyist.
Another reason why this suggestion should be accepted is the new dispatcher job. The new dispatcher job makes it even harder to get in touch with the LT as they’re only allowed to deal with emergency situation while being on duty. Therefor this would be the best and most realistic way to deal with this new dilemma in my opinion.

Optional additions:
  • The phone number of the other supervisors on duty should also pop up.
  • A 101 non-emergency number (@LordTyla)

I like the idea of having a inquiry number or something maybe do it with the Sergeants also.

Overall a good idea stops the LT from responding to every hostage taker with "911 What is your emergancy"

Not really needed. Basically the LT would respond the same way to your call as an emergency call as he/she can't see if it is an emergency call or not. So it basically doesn't matter how you contact the LT as long as your not breaking any rules that is.

So soon the new dispatcher job will be up and running and as soon as this happens you will not be able to contact the LT through the emergency line anymore, this also means that it would be difficult to have hostage situation, to demote someone from the police force and in general negotiations with the LT,- at least not in a realistic manner.

The LT job will simply not bare the same function as it used to
