About Drug Planter Box Perfect water level

Bolli said me that using the planter box you can change the water level like 1.7ml/s. He said that if you get the perfect water level for cocaine or weed you can make your plants grow much faster but i cannot get the right level. Can anyone tell me what the levels are or give a good tip how to find them easily?
